Taste for good meal at the weekend


The weekend is coming, we can cook some simple dish for the family to enjoy

  1. Egg salad:


    - whole egg

    - Bread

    - Mayonnaise sauce / Yoghurt

    - Salt

    - Pepper

    - Coriander

    - Water

    - Onion/ chilves

    - Onion /salted onion

    - Celery

    - Wasabi

    - Dill

    - Lemon juice

    Step 1: Boiled eggs

    1. Place gently 5 eggs into an empty pot
    2. Fill the pot with cold tap water with salt to cover the eggs completely about 1.5 cm
    3. Put on a lid. Then place the pot on a stove, and cook on medium heat.
    4. As soon as the water is boiling, turn the heat off. Leave the eggs in hot water for 7 minutes .
    5. Chill the eggs by placing them under cold water with some ice cubes. This allows them to cool

    Step 2: Mix Salad

    1. Add a bit pepper, salt. To add flavor to salad, add 1 tsp (5 mL) sugar. You can add few more celery according to your preferences.
    2. Adding 1 teaspoon dill or 1/2 teaspoon sliced onion.
    3. Adding 1/2 cup (44g) chopped onion or chilves chopped. There is a choice of condiments including mustard and lemon juice.

    Step 4: Presentation

2. Grilled beef with five spices


- 300 g beef fillet, cut square pieces

Marinate beef with chicker powder, white sugar, soy sauce, ground pepper, five spices taste, cooking oil and minced garlic.

Secret for you:

For brochettes not burn during cooking: Soak skewers in cold water rods.

3. Chocolate ice-cream

Perfect ice cream for summer days


3 egg yolks

40gr sugar 30gr butter

160 gr Dark chocolate

20ml rum (optional - have the effect of chocolate flavor more)

220gr fresh cream


  1. Beat egg yolks and mix well with butter, sugar into a saucepan and stir. Turn on the low heat and stir gently to avoid egg clumping and east. Add to chocolate mixture, heat until chocolate melts.
  2. Add 20ml of wine and fresh cream and stir into the mixture homogeneous. Leave mixture for 5-10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Freshly Whip the remaining cream. Slowly pour in the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and mix fresh. You can split the mixture into small proportion to mix easier. So you've got a mixture of liquid and cream.
  4. Stir the mixture one more time according to clockwise. Pour the cream mixture into molds or small cups. 5. Place in freezer until ice cream is frozen. You can add sifted cocoa cream to rise more flavor
