Ingredients:

- 200 g Water melon

- Condensed milk, Fresh milk

- Ice cube, Water, Sugar

Instructions:

- Watermelon peeled, cut into small pieces for the blender then add fresh milk, condensed milk, ice and a little water on top. If you want to eat more sweet can add a little bit of sugar- Cover and blend until smooth. Then pour into a glass

Just less than 10 minutes, you've got a perfect watermelon smoothie, especially help you get a beautiful and radiant complexion

Pineapple smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 pineapple

- Sugar

- A glass of fresh milk

- Ice cubes

Instructions:

Peel the pineapple; remove the eyes with the curved knife making thin diagonal cuts

- placing into a cleaned blender. Next add condensed milk, yoghurt, the ice. Then cover blender with lid, turn on power and blend well ( about 30 seconds) until mixture reaches a creamy smoothie consistency.

- The 2 teaspoons of condensed milk is only a suggestion and if you prefer a sweeter tasting smoothie just add more of this ingredient.

- Pour the smoothie into the glass and enjoy. If you want smoothie colder, you can leave the yogurt and milk in the fridge before.

- Avocado smoothie with yoghurt has sweet aroma, and the kids will love it.

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas

– 2 table spoon of chocolate powder or Milo

- 100ml no sugar fresh milk

- sugar, ice cubes.

Instructions:

Banana peel, cut into small circular cavity.

- Pour mixture: banana, chocolate, milk into blender

- Pour the smoothie into glass and enjoy, if you like to drink cold you can add some more ice.
